I am a Colorado native and have lived in Teller County and sold mountain property here since 1989. I have helped hundreds of people make the dream of owning mountain land, home or cabin a reality. For a period of 8 ˝ years, I also worked as the county appraiser. There is just no other Realtor who knows this area better than I do!
I left Colorado in 1974 with my Air Force husband and had the good fortune of living and traveling all over Europe and the Pacific Northwest. While it is truly beautiful in many of those places, there is no where I’d rather live than in the mountains of the Pikes Peak region.
People buy mountain property for a number of reasons. I will take the time to listen to your plans, dreams and needs. We will consider the areas most suitable for you. Long before the state of Colorado required that all real estate licensees become brokers, I earned my broker license. Then in pursuit of excellence, I made the educational commitment to earn my GRI designation. I recently completed my coursework and have earned my e-pro designation with the goal of making my internet presence more effective for my customers and clients.
